The 27th Annual "Community Health Profile" presented by the Dover-New Philadelphia Kiwanis Club in cooperation with Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital is a great value for participants. The comprehensive blood screening event covers a wide range of health indicators at a discounted price and is offered as part of a fund-raising project to support the many community programs of the Dover-New Philadelphia Kiwanis Club. The cost is $45 for the complete testing package, and for an additional $15 men ages 50 and older can receive a PSA prostate screen.
Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital’s phlebotomy staff will draw the blood samples and testing will be completed in the hospital’s laboratory. A printed report will be sent to the address provided to each participant, and this will include all test results and noting any result reporting outside of the normal range for the age and gender of the individual.
